  • 03:00:54 Fever just broke 103.2. Despite fever meds & antibiotics. I thought I would work from home tomorrow now thinking I won’t even manage that.
  • 03:01:52 Can currently barely manage holding a coherent thought in my head for more than a few seconds, and moving even a few feet wipes me out. :-/
  • 03:23:04 Retweeted @RQDammit 03:21:32 @abulsme Whoa dude! Chill out, shut it down! Work can wait dammit! in reply to abulsme
  • 03:23:56 .@RQDammit Thinking I won’t have a choice about it. I couldn’t work right now if I wanted to. in reply to RQDammit
  • 03:48:13 Retweeted @iscoff 2015-08-10 14:58:38 The reason Latin is a dead language is because they kept accidentally summoning demons during regular conversations
  • 04:07:56 Retweeted @faktoids 03:49:19 The "Indian map" making the rounds is contrafactual: How it *could* have been, had not the white man intervened. http://t.co/xYggkiGkvi
  • 20:20:45 Fever broke late last night with help of meds. Still not feeling great, no stamina at all, but creeping slowly toward being functional.
  • 23:47:54 Actually left house with my mom and Alex for a little bit. Proved to myself that I’m not really ready to be quite that active yet. :-/

Curmudgeon’s Corner: Hit the Green Button!!

Ivan and Sam travel to the same room in the same city to do this week’s Curmudgeon’s Corner podcast, joined this week by their college buddy Chad. Along with some stories of college hijinks, the main topics were the aftermath of the first Republican debates, a discussion on Clinton’s weakening position and if it is enough for Biden to jump in, and the continuing impact of Clinton’s email issues. In the lightning round we cover a houseplant that tells you when it is thirsty, the toxic sludge spill, problems with the Olympics, Google Alphabet, and a lot more!
