Poor Fitbit One! Mine has made it 16 months – thank you for it!
I loved my Fitbit. The Vivofit has some things the Fitbit didn’t… year long battery life, waterproof, wrist-worn, always on display, inactivity warnings… but it is also missing some things the Fitbit had… automatic sync, better mobile app, integration with food calorie counting and weight monitoring… We’ll see how it goes. Today is my first full day wearing it.
BTW, your Fitbit was a Christmas present from me in 2012, so it has made it longer than 16 months… almost 28 actually! I got mine in June 2013, so it didn’t quite make it to a year. :-( I guess there is still a chance it could dry out and revive, but I wasn’t holding my breath.
My mom helpfully pointed out via email that I can’t subtract, and her math was right and mine was wrong. April 2014 – Dec 2012 = 16 months.
