We’re way off the projected center, WAY off… so chances of us actually getting affected are small… but… we’re officially once again in the NHC danger bubble for Jeanne.
Yesterday we were out of the bubble, but only by maybe 40 miles. It was hovering right off shore and a little North of us. The track moved a bit south overnight putting us just inside the bubble…
Almost everybody in the neighborhood has their wood down now though. There are a few others who still have it up, but not many.
As of the 15:00 UTC update, we are even further in the bubble! The local news at noon though says worst case we should just get some side effects. But they say to keep watching!
I’m still thinking wood comes down tonight though. Or maybe Saturday.
As opposed to being completely out of it yesterday. There is a trend here. We are so going to get slammed. The wood stays.

Oops. 21:00 Update is out. We’re now deep in the bubble. Wood stays until we aren’t in the bubble any more.
